I live in \"Cajun Land\" in Southern Louisiana and this recipe is SOUP. An injustice has been done by naming it \"gumbo\". Gumbo does NOT have ANY tomatoes in it AT ALL. Gumbo gets its unique flavor from a flour & oil ROUX. I entered a 1 star (which stands for terrible on the rating scale) for the reason I've listed above.
