I made the glaze using orange juice because I cannot use grapefruit juice. I used white balsamic vinegar. Since I live in a senior community where meals are provided, I was able to order the Atlantic salmon from the menu. I used the glaze when I reheated it. Fantastic! The menu changes monthly but one can get tired of the same preparation of the monthly dishes.
