These turned out very well. I followed the recipe for the first batch and found them a bit sweet. The 2nd time I cut back both sugars to 1\/3 cup each and this helped. I was hoping for a reddish colour, but they were just dark brown. Taste is more important. My kitchen was warm, so put the dough in the fridge between batches.
