This couldn\u2019t be any easier, and as it\u2019s 90 degrees here today and I needed a no-bake treat, this fit the bill. Guests rated it \u201ctasty\u201d and \u201cMmmm!\u201d, so I will make them again. I did throw my coconut in the food processor for a finer flake.
