This was the most moist pot roast I've ever had and very flavorful. I'm not sure it needed all three packets of salty mixes. I think I would leave out the Italian dressing mix next time since I couldn't really taste it. I loved having the roast make it's own gravy. It's truly a one pot meal. <\/p>
