This was a lot of toppings to pile onto one crust. The flavors were good but you need to eat it with a knife and fork - which breaks my pizza rules. I also only added four eggs because six just seemed like overkill. If you are going to take a chance on this try using smoked paprika (if you have it). Also, the vinegar\/olive oil combo was way too much for the baby spinach and the sun dried tomatoes fought the vinegar for dominance.
