This recipe had very good flavor and we enjoyed it. Not filled out with extra starches so we had flexibility to add sides or other dishes to make a lovely very nutritious meal. I found the medium high cooking temp to be too high in general on my stove and certainly for lacinto kale which is what I used. Will cook on medium heat next time. This only made three servings for us as a main course. I came across this while searching for recipes with Kale. It turned out great with lots of flavor. I used vegan Beyond Meat sweet Italian sausages.
