I truly wanted to love this recipe but sadly I didn't, I did everything as detailed in the recipe but the meat just didn't taste as good as I thought it should. I noticed others mentioned the 'burn' notice on the instant pot, I had the same experience, I quickly took the inside pot out and let it cool down, didn't actually burn the meat but I was quick to remove it. I browned the beef on the stove because my instapot sucks at searing. As soon as it was done, the sauce was watery like a soup (and so delicious I ate it like soup!) so I hit the saute button to cook it down a little bit and now it is velvety and thick.
