An easy hearty weeknight dinner and a good use of leftover ham. My sauce thickened quickly using whole milk. The seasoning of the sauce was delicious! I wouldn't change that part of the recipe. Next time I will try making it a 1-pot meal with some frozen peas and carrots layered in the center. Use the cheeses you like. <\/p>
