I just made this dessert for a gathering and everyone LOVED it. I made it exactly as listed. I wish it had a tiny bit more lemon flavor, so next time, I may reduce the whip cream amount a bit. Excellent summer dessert: I brought it a 4th of July heat, with 101-degree day in Central Texas. I placed pan on top of frozen water bottles, and it kept very well. Everyone loved it; someone would take a piece, take a bite, then tell someone else they had to take a bite. By mistake I used only an 8-ounce container, instead of the 16 ounces called for, with excellent results; the chiffon was very firm (very chiffony like), I used ample bluberries and added raspberries on the top for red, white and blue.

@context":"http://schema.org/","@type":"Rating
{"@context":"http://schema.org/","@type":"Review
2024-06-06
@context":"http://schema.org/","@type":"Person
Pamela3783

Probably used more berries because they came from the garden, I think it would be great with raspberries. Next time I think I will mix the berries in about half of the mix and then have the top half plane. Very light and fresh.
I want to make this it looks so delicious. I made this dessert today and it was a hit. It's light, fresh, and airy. I did make 3 changes to the recipe: I used pie crust instead of the graham cracker crust, I opted for fresh blueberries instead of frozen ones, and I used powered sugar instead of regular sugar in the filling because I found granulated sugar can be grainy. Definitely would recommend this for a summer dessert
Easy to make. I made this for Easter dessert and the entire 9x13 pan was gone!! 6 adults and 1 child! It was delicious! The only thing I did differently was add the juice and zest of half of a lemon to the cream cheese mixture. I reserved a little bit of lemon zest for the topping as we'll! It was a hit! I would definitely make this again!

What a wonderful dessert! I added more blueberries, as one cup wasn't enough for a 13x9" pan, plus I made a design on the top using more blueberries to add to the presentation. What leftovers? We didn't have any at our fellowship and many happy people asked me what was in this tasty dessert. It took longer than 25 minutes to prepare, more like 1 hour, and I used boxed graham cracker crumbs. A couple of the directions are missing, but from the picture, it looks like you sprinkle the reserved crumb mixture over the chiffon and dot with the 1/2 cup of blueberries. Very good and I'll make it repeatedly!!!!!
