These turned out excellent. I accidentally made them using a mini muffin pan, my bad. And then I realized what I did. So anyone reading this\u2026it\u2019s a regular muffin pan. I did notice the crust needed to cook longer. I made the recipe as is and it was delicious. I also made a second batch using Trader Joe\u2019s peppermint baking mix.
