I make mine very similar to theirs and yours in that I use warmed corn tortillas and cabbage. But I use different fish than Tilapia (that's a garbage fish IMHO) Chopped jalapeno pepper, white onion, cilantro, and either pico de gallo or a sauce that Tidal Raves does that is simply green Tabasco sauce mixed with sour cream. Then I serve it with lime slices.
