Apparently, people don't know how to bake because I LOVE this recipe. It comes out beautifully every time with an excellent flavor that my young children and husband ask for over and over again. It never lasts a few days in our home. If it is mush or dry, then it is on the part of the baker doing something wrong or not understanding the science of baking. It is very balanced and has a wonderful banana flavor. I have made this recipe more than a dozen times and never an issue.
