So good! Read all reviews beforehand and proceeded to make this recipe. I made it for two, so reduced the chicken. Increased the broth to 1-1\/3 c + 3T, used 12 oz of sliced, fresh mushrooms, added 1\/2 tsp of salt and 1\/4 tsp of pepper when adding the mushrooms to the pan, increased the lemon juice to 2T. Thank you to everyone who rated this and added suggestions. It is very hot in FL right now, so the grill is challenging. This is the perfect stovetop meal! The gravy was so divine! Served with mashed potatoes and steamed green beans. Hubs said he felt as if we had eaten out, LOL!<\/p>

I made this, but differently. I put herbs of provance all over chicken and garlic salt. Added some chicken broth to pan. Put sliced lemon on top of chicken and baked. I omitted flour and butter. Served with green beans and mushrooms and red potatoes.
