I have been making this recipe for a couple of years. I don't know what Southwest Seasoning is so I have always used McCormick Grill Mates Smokehouse Maple seasoning, and I sprinkle it heavily on all the pork chops (I don't measure it). I usually skip the apples because my family are not big fans, but I pretty much double to triple everything else and use two sheet pans. My guys like leftovers of this! I end up cooking mine for 20 minutes and then switch the pans to the other shelf and cook another 20 minutes. I always check to make sure the meat is at least 145 degrees. Then, I turn on the broiler for a couple of minutes to give the potatoes and the meat a little browning effect.
