Nice pie. I realized I didn't have graham cracker stuff after I had made the heated part, so I went to my standby frozen crust from Trader Joe's. I have found that these are much better than the other store crusts I have tried. The heated part was way cool after I had to let the crust defrost for an hour, and the pie came together very well. It is much different from the usual two-crust pie in that the second batch of blueberries are whole, thus the texture is different. I liked it; it was just tart enough to counter the sugar in the heated batch of blueberries. The pie DID weep a bit, but I didn't mind that very much. I imagine I could heat the entire amount of blueberries and get a no-weep pie by increasing the cornstarch, but it wouldn't be the same overall structure. I recommend this, and might try it will both raspberries and blackberries one day, making adjustments as needed. I will try it again, this time using the graham cracker crust.<\/p>
