I did not have hash brown potatoes, but I DID have half a package of frozen French fried potatoes, so I used what I had left of the potatoes. I used broccoli florets (1 lb.), defrosted and then I cut them up. The cream cheese, milk, butter, salt, flour were kept as is. I used Italian-style bread crumbs and 1\/4 tsp. each ground nutmeg and pepper; I baked covered as directed in a 2-qt. casserole dish.<\/p>
