These are fun and simple to make, and incredibly versatile! I made them for a Christmas party, so I used a little extra red bell pepper, and added green bell pepper for holiday colors. I also used mild Rotel in place of canned green chilis, and used a half packet of spicy and buttermilk ranch each.
