We all love them! I followed others' advice and creamed the sugar and butter very well, then added the flour in 4 parts. I was able to incorporate it all, without adding more liquid or doing any kneading. Worked like other spritz cookies I've made over the years. I did notice the simpler shapes produced a prettier cookie. I used the flower, with a white sugar crystal. They look a bit like poinsettias!
