I used Ronnie's steps( Feb 25, 2020). I have a melt setting on my stovetop and melted butter and honey together in a small saucepan. Removed from heat and added cold milk. Stirred, then added slightly beaten egg to the saucepan and combined the wet ingredients. This makes about 3 cups of batter, so I had the dry ingredients in my 4 cup Pyrex measuring cup. Added wet mixture to that and stirred with a long handle silicone spatula\/spoon, which gets in to the bottom corners quite well. The handle with spout measuring cup made it easy to pour into muffin tin. Wonderful easy recipe. I did omit the sugar from the muffin batter because I topped the muffins with a 1\/4 cup of raw sugar. I also topped each muffin with a teaspoon full of cinnamon chips. The muffins had a wonderful texture and with so few ingredients are able to be mixed to get in less than 10 minutes. Recipes make exactly 12 muffins which is the perfect amount for my family.
