Delicious! I love that it is amazing as written, but can easily be adjusted to what fruits you have on hand, what your dietary needs are, and how juicy\/thick you want it. After making it exactly as written initially, over the years I have tried it a variety of ways using other fruits, omitted some sugar, used all oats\/no flour, and cornstarch\/flour for the tapioca and it has been amazing every single time!
