Just made this, but substituted taco seasoning mix instead of the chili and oregano. The flavor was good, but macaroni doesn't take 20-25 minutes to cook. I cooked it for 15 minutes and it was still way overcooked. I didn't read the reviews first; however, I just added the spices as to what I thought looked like enough (chili powder, salt and pepper, and just a pinch of oregano simply due to my kids thinking it makes things too sweet). I also realized I was out of diced tomatoes, so I improvised and diced 3 medium sized tomatoes.
