The result? A cannellini bean hummus with a mild flavor and creamy texture that rivals the original. Hummus is one of the most versatile staples to have in your fridge\u2014there are so many recipes with hummus<\/a>\u2014you’ll find endless uses for it.<\/p>\n Place the garlic in the bowl of a food processor. Cover and process until minced.<\/p>\n Editor’s Tip:<\/em> A food processor is a handy kitchen gadget for making easy work of chopping, slicing, shredding and pureeing ingredients.
