Was a good recipe and made it exactly as written. Made one mistake and used cilantro as not something I like. This recipe was just blah therefore I had to add something to make it taste good <\/p>

I followed the recipe as listed with the following adjustments one box of elbow noodles, 2lbs beef, one 14.5 oz tomato\u2019s 3 small cans of Goya tomato sauce, 1\/3 can of sweet corn, 3\/4 can of green chiles . I seasoned the beef with salt and pepper kinders seasoning and southwest salt free seasoning by ms dash it was perfect. I added the corn and cilantro at the very end and cut the heat off and place the lid on for 10 mins before serving.
