Even though I goofed up the recipe by adding an entire can (15 oz.) of pumpkin, these biscuits were delicious ! The dough was very wet and thus difficult to work with (my fault) but I ended up placing more flour on the pastry mat and extra flour on the top of the dough , rather than in the dough, then flattening the dough with my hands, rather than a rolling pin, before cutting the biscuits. The dough was so wet I had to lift the biscuits from the dough mat with a spatula, yet they were still delicious - and gorgeous! My husband loves them; said they were a keeper!
