I made this for one of the appetizer offerings at my New Year's Eve celebration. It was very good and easy to put together. I wilted 1\/2 of an 8 oz. bag of fresh spinach in a bit of butter instead of using the frozen spinach. I also used 2% milk with a T. of butter in place of the 1\/2 and 1\/2milk. I did have to bake it for about 12 min. to get it bubbly with a bit of color on top. The pita wedges are especially good and should be made with the dip recipe for best results.
