I made the cookies and found a great replacement. I found those gummy orange wedges (I found mine at walmart) and used those. I took one wedge and rolled it out flat with a rolling pin (use lots of sugar to help it keep from sticking to the rolling pin) then cut it into strips then into squares. (when roling it out make sure not to roll it so flat that you lose the orange color of the wedge). It worked great. It was a little tedious but turned out wonderful. I only used one orange wedge for about 25 cookies. Hope this idea helps. <\/p> Rebekah<\/p> My five-year-old grandson and I made these last weekend and he absolutely loved them! He liked them so much that we made them 3 times!! Ingredients: <\/h4>\r\n \r\n
Directions: <\/h4>\r\n In a small shallow bowl, combine frosting and food coloring. Remove paper liners from peanut butter cups.\r\n
Holding the bottom of a peanut butter cup, dip top of cup in\r\nyellow frosting. Position over center hole of a cookie, forming the\r\nhatband and crown. Add a buckle of Chiclets gum. Repeat with remaining\r\ncups and cookies. Yield: <\/b>32 cookies.<\/span>\r\n
