As a busy health-care professional and mom, one of the most meaningful gifts I give to the people I love is my time and skills in the kitchen. I have made this many times and it is always very good. One time I didn't have enough oil nor any apple sauce so I used 1\/2 c oil and a 1\/4 cup Greek yogurt and the bread was moist and tasty. For those who want more sweetness, add raisins - again the result was very good. My nuts-loving husband liked it when I added toasted walnuts.
