My third time making this bread, only this time I made it as a coffee cake. Made a large, beautiful cake in my 10\" angel food cake pan with a removable bottom. Went together faster and easier this way, dealing with only one pan. This time I also added raisins and nuts to the batter, and additional cinnamon and chopped pecans to the topping. Yum!
