I am giving this recipe 5 stars because it is very good. I made this recipe with mukimame instead of edemame. It was pre-shelled and in the freezer section at Kroger. I did not cook it. I just rinsed with cold water and let it thaw. I would almost agree that it is too much spaghetti, but this is something that can be easily tweeked in the recipe just like some of the vegetables. For example, if you someone who doesn't like onions or peppers, I think chopped fresh broccoli, grape tomatoes cut in half, or zucchini would go excellently in this recipe. I made it the night before serving it at work for lunch. I brought the remaining dressing from the bottle to drizzle on top. I used Newman's Own. It was a crowd pleaser at work!
