We loved roasted broccoli! I've made many versions of roasted broccoli over the years but the balsamic vinegar in this one takes it over the top! Made exactly as written, except I like to roast mine at 375 degrees for about 45 minutes. We've even tried this dish with balsamic glaze in place of the vinegar and loved that too.
