I was accused of being wrong because I left a review and didn’t make the exact recipe, I’d made a similar one. SO-as to the EXACT recipe; Adding an extra egg ups the protein and reducing the sugar, replacing it with Splenda cuts the calories and makes it a bit more friendly to my Hypoglycemia. Sugar Free syrup works well too.

The oil isn’t necessary because the pan can be sprayed with cooking spray. Chopped dates and walnuts or pecans add extra deliciousness.

Chilling the pan overnight again firms it up and makes pretty good French Toast.

I hope this satisfies everyone that I have an accurate review.

@context":"http://schema.org/","@type":"Rating
{"@context":"http://schema.org/","@type":"Review
2021-10-30
@context":"http://schema.org/","@type":"Person
CyanSnow
I’ve tried a few baked oatmeal recipes, with various ratios to milk and oatmeal. Delicious! Next time I will use less brown sugar and add a diced apple. The recipe says it is 8 servings, but we each ate 1/4 of the pan! My husband wanted more.
