The mustard and molasses mixture caught my eye with this recipe. My pork cut was only about 1 kilogram, so the cooking time was about 1 hour. I'm currently in Bulgaria and I've learned to make due with ingredients that I can find here. I used a little brown sugar instead of molasses (and reduced the amount of honey to cut back on the sweetness), 2 cubes of beef bullion instead of broth, white wine instead of red, and it was a can of something like stewed tomatoes that I added instead of diced tomatoes. The meat and sauce turned out absolutely delicious!
