This is a very good recipe. I used a gluten-free flour mix, and because of that, pre-baked the crust for 10 minutes. As per instructions, I thoroughly greased the springform pan, but, I should have lined it with parchment paper. The crust will be too stiff to cut immediately after removing from the fridge. Wait 15 minutes and then it cuts easily. This cheesecake was very easy to put together and the only changes I made was doubling the filling and reducing the amount of apples. Because I doubled the filling, I increased the cooking time, but reduced the oven temp from 400\u00baF to 350\u00baF so that the apples wouldn\u2019t burn. My husband and son said it\u2019s the best cheesecake ever - a little too sweet for my tastes, so I\u2019ll reduce the sugar a tiny bit, but that\u2019s my preference.
