Because of reviewers comments, I made half of the roll ups with blue cheese and the other ones with feta. We like both cheeses, but we would have liked these better with a slice of Colby-Jack cheese in each instead. This sounded good, but the outcome was BAD. First of all, what kind of "hot wing sauce" did the editors use that took this picture?! I used one of the best and adding mayo made the mixture too thick. This was DELICIOUS!! The whole family loved. Prep is longer than 15 mins though and it was a little tricky rolling up the chicken without the crumbled blue cheese falling out but worth the work.
