I made this recipe on last Sunday and I read through the reviews prior to making this to see what others said. My experience from previous recipes of this type I knew some comments were valid. I made this recipe according to the directions but I did modify it by adding 1 can of bamboo shoots, 1 head of fresh broccoli, 1 Tbl of crushed red pepper and 1 cup of chicken broth. My opinion is that not adding the broth this may have come out a little dry. Another thing to note for the rice noodles I followed the directions on the package and the noodles came out perfect. I would advise combining the cut-up chicken with only the cornstarch. Mix the soy sauce and minced garlic in a separate small bowl. Saute chicken in the oil over a medium heat and then add soy sauce mixture. Stir and as it thickens, add chili sauce and onions.
