This is the simplest of of any S. Squash recipes that I have tried all of Fall this year. It was extremely delicious! Since we wanted to eat sooner that later I simply bake the halved squash on a rimed baking sheet at 400 degrees for 30 minutes after only drizzling olive oil over it and pierced the skin side with a knife and bakes skin side up.<\/p>
