Day 3 of Thanksgiving leftovers and I decided to shake things up. Oh, yes!!! Yes!!! Yes!!! This one is a keeper. I iced onion, carrots and celery, used frozen peas and corn and giblet gravy topped with riced garlic mashed potatoes. Not a single drop of leftovers--just a wiped clean ceramic French deep dish pie plate and my husband has a pouty face--no leftovers. Hubz and I decided we could do this in the future using rotisserie chicken and a small batch of dressing. Thank you!!!
