I don\u2019t care for that much tomato in a quesadilla. I\u2019d rather have tomato salsa for dipping. For more flavor, buy refried beans with green chilis or buy a can of chopped green chilies and sprinkle them on the beans. Also sprinkle a little garlic powder, chili powder, and cumin on the beans. Quesadillas are a nutritious and fast lunch or supper. There are a variety of tortillas available.
