I changed around quite a few things based on reviews and my own cooking preferences, and the water-to-rice ratio of the specific rice I was using. My rice was 1:2 ratio (so 2 cups of rice = 4 cups of liquid). I increased the lemon juice and chicken broth (i used this instead of water) to make 4 cups when combined with soy sauce. I salted the chicken thighs and turns out everything was too salty so don't do that, and don't add extra salt like one reviewer said to do. Over all it was good and with a few more tweaks next time I think it's a good one! But note: I didn't cook 16 thighs.
