This was so tasty! The orange zest comes through over the warmth of the pepper.... YUMMO! My package of tenderloins was 2.5 pounds, so I x'ed the ingredients by 50% just to be sure I had enough. Instead of dipping the chicken in OJ, I marinated it in the juice in the fridge in a ziploc for a couple of hours. Bake time for me was closer to 17 minutes, and the chicken was done perfectly! We did not care for the sauce and will probably make something different next time, but there WILL be a next time for this recipe.
