Decided to try this in spite of some of the reviews. Prepared the meal exactly as the recipe instructed - no changes. We did not like it as it was too acidic. Balsamic vinegar, lemon juice and apple cider are all acidic. No need to use all three in one recipe. The spice on the chicken was great and the chicken was very tender and moist. I would suggest using the spices as written and using just apple cider vinegar, with the chicken broth.
