I was afraid of making a cookie butter frosting, but again, I'm glad I made it. The taste of the cake is fabulous. Together with the frosting, it's a winning combination. I probably over-baked mine, since it didn't look nearly ready when I checked at 25 minutes. That made the cake a little dry, so I would opt for 30 minutes next time (I baked mine 35 minutes). After frosting, I put toasted pecans on the top.\nI will say it is a tad dry, but that's probably due to over-baking, so best served with coffee (or milk). Definitely give this recipe a try.
