Had an overload of butternut squash when I found this recipe. I have made it a number of times since and froze my mashed squash in 1 1\/3 cup bags just for it. I live alone and 2 dozen rolls is way to many for me. First, I must figure out how to reduce the recipe since all my frozen squash is premeasured now, secondly, everyone I give the second dozen to, begs me for more so maybe I will keep on making the big batch.
