Made these last night and my hard-to-please son said they were delicious! I did incorporate some of the suggestions below with cheese and toppings. It begs a simple side salad like cucumber. One thing though - ignore the direction to cover the buns with a kitchen towel. I took it literally and my buns stuck to the towel and came out distorted. Don't know why a covering is needed, but use foil or plastic wrap sprayed with Pam instead of the towel. They make great party food, snacks for kids, as well as a main meal.
