I used a creamy Italian dressing and purchased croutons. I also added some romaine lettuce to the mix. The taste of the steak with medium chili powder was outstanding. I used fresh horseradish...delightful. I buy a large piece, peel and grate what I need (in a very ventilated area!!!) and store the rest wrapped in foil in the freezer (like fresh ginger).
