Once I tasted the sauce, I quit following the rest of the directions and used the chicken for barbeque sandwiches and the sauce as a cheese dip for corn tortillas because I didn't want to ruin the meat by adding that sauce. The color and texture of it, for me, just wasn't right. Quite good & rather an easy spin on chili rellenos. I had no cream cheese, so substituted Greek yogurt, because in my home we could do without all those extra cheese calories. It came out good in spite of that. It went very well with the salad I served with it. <\/p>
