FIrst off, this a MUSTARD rib recipe, and pretty darn good if I do say so myself. MsJane must be thinking of some totally different type of ribs, and if that is the case, I have a great one that does take Apple Juice, and is TOTALLY DIFFERENT! But I Digress... THESE RIBS KILL IT!! I made it exactly as described, and they are fall off the bone unbelievable~! I am now in HOG HEAVEN! (see what I did there?) and I will save and keep this recipe for anything I want that has a mustard base. This will be amazing on pork loin as well, but danger, Pork loin overcooks to easily. TIP crock pot on high for 20 minutes to get it doing, low for 1\/12 hours, flip the top rips to the bottom, as they take longer to cook since they are further away from the heat, and turn off the crock pot after 3 1\/2 hours and let the meat sit in it for the last half hour. OK, I didnt EXACTLY follow the recipe, but I did for the rub and the sauce! Turns out I actually didn\u2019t need it, but I reduced the drippings by about half and thickened it with a tiny cornstarch slurry. Put the gravy over mashed cauliflower. Omg. So, so good. Only thing I will change next time is to cut the sauce by half. I was nervous about not putting any liquid in the slow cooker, so I added 2 T apple cider vinegar and 4 T water. Turns out I actually didn\u2019t need it, but I reduced the drippings by about half and thickened it with a tiny cornstarch slurry. Put the gravy over mashed cauliflower. Omg. So, so good.
