IF I make this again I would do a few things differently. First I would not put any sugar in the graham cracker crust\/topping. I would cut down the amount of crushed crackers to 2 1\/4 cups, and cut down on the amount of butter. I had way too much crust\/topping. And adding all the sugar to it just overall made the dessert to sweet for me. I might cut the lemon extract a bit as well. I\u2019d use lemon pie filling instead of curd just for the cost. Oh wow! If you like lemon, this dessert knocks it out of the park. Wonderful lemon flavor and the cinnamon in the graham cracker crust is a perfect complement to the lemon. I would probably cut the recipe in half next time when making this for my famiy because it is an expensive dessert to make and makes a large 9 x 13 pan. It's rich, so a small serving will suit you just fine:).
