This recipe is AMAZING! I love the combo of the sweet potato with the tikka masala sauce. I have found that if I put the veggies in, then chicken on top of that, then pour the water in and then the sauce and don\u2019t stir it at all, I don\u2019t have problems with the instant pot overheating. My jars of tikka masala sauce are 12 oz so I add a little bit extra water, so maybe that helps too.
